Elif Homes contracts directly with homeowners to manage residential projects and may engage licensed subcontractors. We oversee planning, scheduling, coordination, and delivery and remain your primary point of contact.

3. Subcontractors and Vendors

Work may be assigned to third-party professionals under agreements with Elif Homes. We remain responsible for overall project delivery and coordination.

4. Communication & Messaging

By using the Platform, you consent to receive email, SMS, or phone communications related to your project.

Use of Twilio: We use Twilio to deliver SMS and phone calls. Phone numbers and message metadata are processed solely to communicate service-related information. Essential messages cannot be opted out of.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing, billing schedules, and accepted payment methods are provided before work begins. By approving a project, you authorize payment collection according to agreed terms, including processing via third-party providers.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Elif Homes warrants professional performance in compliance with applicable codes. Issues must be reported promptly.

Except as expressly stated, all implied warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elif Homes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use or services.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, allow property access as needed, and review scopes of work before authorizing projects.

Either party may terminate per applicable agreements. Platform access may be suspended for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
